It has been about 6 months since my hypnotism and I still to this day use the techniques I learned with Paulette. I was sent home with a CD recording of my hypnosis session and I was able to load it onto my IPOD and listen to it whenever I need it. I was having pretty bad anxiety and I have noticed a significant improvement in my daily activities. Of course this has been a work in progress, and I have had to make a momentous effort in changing some (what may seem to be innate) behaviors; however my hypnotism with Paulette has been a vital piece of the puzzle.
